I AM UNDER A YOKE

Text : Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls_ .*  Our Lord Jesus Christ declared that He has a yoke for as many that would honour His invitation and come to Him. He further described the kind of yoke He has as: *Easy Yoke and light burden.* This description therefore means that there is another yoke that is *Hard and Burdensome.*  It further means that everyone under the sun is under one yoke or the other- Hard or Easy. To be free from the yoke of the devil is to come under the yoke of Jesus. Either way, you are surely under yoke and burden. The only question here is: _Under whose yoke and burden are you? -Jesus' or Devil's?_ (Romans 6:19-22). "FREEDOM" as it were, is both a relative and non-absolute term. Any freedom that takes away all forms of restrictions and caution is actually leading into a bondage.  While Jesus is asking you to willingly and voluntarily take up His yoke

REST FROM FEAR

Text : Matthew 11:28  Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest* . Let us look at one more feature that is evident in the life of anyone who is under labour and heavy laden.  *FEAR:* Every fear (except fear of the Lord)has its source from the devil and it does lead to death(physical and spiritual). Jesus listed the fearful amongst those that will have their part in the lake of fire. (Rev 21 8). Fear is a TORMENTOR. It can literarilly kill a man. That is the reason the Lord or His angels will never declare a word to any man without first saying "Fear Not"  The shadow of death is actually the torment of FEAR. David said ".....though I walk through the *valley of the shadow of death* , I *will fear no evil..."* (Psalm 23:4). So, we can safely say that whenever one lives perpetually in fear, such is walking in the valley of the shadow of death. For you not to experience death (absence of God's life), you must stop living in fear.

REST(3)

Text : Matthew 11:28  Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest* . Yesterday, we looked at *Unbelief* as one of the features that shows that you are still under labour and heavy laden.  Today, we shall consider another trait:  2. *Worry and Anxiety*  Jesus being our perfect example (while on earth) was faced with several challenges, difficulties, temptations and trials more than anyone else could be facing today, yet He was never caught in anxiety and Worry mood. He sternly warned us not to worry. Jesus touched on the issue of Worry by first asking a question. Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?_ Mathew 6:27 Then He commanded.... So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today_ . (Mathew 6:31) Jesus in the very face of shipwreck maintained calmness and rebuked the boisterous wind. ".....peace be still" He declared and the wind heard Him. The wind disturbing y

REST(2)

Text : Matthew 11:28   *Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest* . People that are labouring and heavy laden are yet to experience the rest that Jesus promised. This labour is primarily the state of the soul. Those that labour and heavy laden exhibits certain characteristics or lifestyles which include one or two or all of the following:  *1. Unbelief:* One of the major characteristics of those refered to as being under labour and heavy laden is UNBELIEF. This is the first requirement for hell candidates.Rev 21:8 Unbelief is a condemnable lifestyle that prevented the Israelites from making it to the Promised land. Heb. 3:19. God will never condemn people to Hell because of their Sins, but because of their UNBELIEF. People will go to Hell because they do not believe in Jesus. This is not just a mouth or mental accent belief. If you truly believe Jesus, you will be genuinely delivered from Sin. “ *There is no judgment against anyone who believes in

REST(1)

Text : Matthew 11:28   *Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest* . Anyone who engages in hard, laborious and strenuous work, will truly appreciate REST when he gets one. In our text, Jesus gave an open invitatiom of REST to people that are labouring and heavy laden. This is not just pointing to the need of an unbeliever or sinner only. It is an invitation to every man who is willing to experience Rest. The very first step to this rest is: accept Jesus as your Saviour and Lord. That is just the very first step, but not the all-conclusive step. It is however sad to know that many believers that are even using this text to preach to unbelievers are yet to experience REST themselves. Today, I want you to see why you need REST.  *_You are Labouring:_*  The greek word from which labour is coined in Mathew 11:28 is Kopiao. This can also be described as: *to grow weary* , *tired* , *exhausted* (with toil or burdens or grief) *to labour with wearisome ef

IMITATING JESUS 2

Text : Heb. 12:2  *Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.*  We established yesterday that God wants us to become like Christ more than anything else. Today, we shall look further at some of the steps to take in following the example of Christ: 1.) *Lay aside weights and besetting sins.* This presupposes that even as a Christian, we still carry weights and sins capable of separating one from God. A besetting sin refers to any sin that constantly trips you off in your work with God.  Now, it is your responsibility to lay aside these things in the place of prayer and self control(discipline).  2.) *Run your race with patience.* The way to becoming like Christ is a life-long journey. Patience is required to stay on the path of Christlikeness in the place of prayer and discipline.  3.) *Look unto Jesus,* Here, the Bible encourages us t

IMITATING JESUS

Text : Heb. 12:2  *Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.*  Jesus is our Pattern: He the main and perfect example for us as God's children. In fact, one of the core reasons He came to earth is to model for us how to live in holiness and truth. God wants more than anything that we become more like Christ each day so that He can be the firstborn among many brothers, Rom. 8:29. The quality of our individual Christianity is directly linked to how similar we are to Christ.  There are many places in which the Bible encourages us to be like Christ.  Phi 2:5 KJV   *Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:* We are enjoined to be like Christ not only in words or deeds, but even in thoughts.  1Pe 2:21 KJV  For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow hi

THE ONLY WAY

Text : John 14:6 ISV   *Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.*  Many people and religious Sects do not have problem with God the father as it were, the problem has always been with them accepting the person of Jesus Christ.  In fact, today, it seems politically incorrect to say that Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father. So what do you tell others who don’t’ believe this? The early church was often called people of, “ *the way* ," Acts 9:2. Meaning, it was the way that Jesus taught, who Himself said He was the way, the truth, and the life. Obviously, Jesus meant that it is only through faith in Him that we have access to the Father in heaven.  The world is what it is today because majority of people do not know *the way* Instead of seeking *the way,* they improvised other means for themselves. You hear students saying stuffs like, " he who knows the way will top his class." People in the market place

WHY ME (2)?

Text : 1 Corinth. 10:13 (NLT)  *The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.* . Although God does not tempt, but He allows the tempter(devil) to tempt us. He however only allows you to be tempted according to the measure or limit of what you can bear.  When the tempter asked the Lord that he might tempt Peter, Jesus did not refrain Peter from the tempter, rather He prayed for him. Jesus prayed for Peter that hs faith would not fail afterwards. “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift each of you like wheat. But I have pleaded in prayer for you, Simon, that your faith should not fail. So when you have repented and turned to me again, strengthen your brothers.” Luke 22:31-32 The Devil will never tempt any child of God beyond the limit of his capacity or ability(the Grace he carries on the inside). You

WHY ME?

Text : 1 Corinth. 10:13    *There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it* . Sometimes you are tempted to join the wagon of people who often ask "Why Me Lord?"question. This is a rhetoric question we often do not receive an answer to either in the now or future. Joseph should have asked same question when his brothers sold him to the midianites(Gen  37:27-28). He would have had cause to question God: "Why me?" while Potiphar's wife lied on him and was thrown into the prison. His question would have been answered after he was taken out of the prison and enthroned as the second in command to King Pharaoh in Egypt. He went through all those rigorous, tough and rough experiences just to prepare him as a leader. King David also had his own share of difficult times, while running f

WATCH!

Text : Mark 13:37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch While we must endeavour to keep all of Jesus's words and commandments, there were certain cogent statements made by Jesus which we must constantly pay attention to. One of such is our text today: "....what I say unto you I say unto all, *Watch* " Keeping our watch and staying awake simply help us to stay pure and keep our focus on His coming. 1John 3:3. The Apostles and believers of the first century did well in their pilgrimage because they kept the words of Jesus to letter. They were watchful to the point that they were expecting Jesus to return in that first century. The first century believers that lived within 33-100AD lived on daily basis as though Jesus would be returning any moment. They were on their guards. They were watchful.  Why would Jesus give this stern instruction of being watchful? Mark 13:36 gave us the clear answer: *"lest he come suddenly and find you asleep".* Jesus gave us t

THE DAYS OF NOAH

Text : Luk 17:27 ISV   *People were eating, drinking, marrying, and being given in marriage right up to the day when Noah went into the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed all of them.*  One good advantage this generation has over Noah's is the record of the account of what happened to Noahic's generation. But one sad thing about this, is the fact that though history is repeating itself, yet many are not taking cognizance of it.  During the time of Noah, people were drinking, marrying and being given in marriage till the flood came and destroyed them all with the exception of Noah and his family.  Now, the question anyone should ask is, is it a sin to do any of the things mentioned above?  Did all the people of Noah's generation perished because they were doing the needful?  Obviously, the answer is 'NO'. God who created mouth knows we will eat. And it was God Himself who initiated the idea of marriage and He conducted and blessed the first marriage. Gen. 2:1

THE LABOURES 2

Text : Mat 9:37 KJV   *Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;*  In farming, more caution is required during harvesting than it is during planting. The hallmark of the labourer is his ability to gather harvests unto eternal life.  The one who harvests is already receiving his wages *and gathering a crop for eternal life* , so that the one who sows and the one who harvests may rejoice together.Joh 4:36 ISV. We cannot leave newborn babes in Christ on the side of the road to fend for themselves after we have completed our gospel conversation. It is beautiful to be instrumental in birthing a new life in Christ. But it is very important to see that the newborn is placed in a viable position that ultimately leads to eternal life.  Paul said "My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,"Gal 4:19. The essence of the travailing is to see Christ being formed in the newborns.  This is one good

THE LABOURERS

Text : Mat 9:37 KJV   *Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;*  It's important for us to pay attention to Jesus' choice of words in this verse in regards to labourers.  Note that He didn't say the Pastors are few, or the teachers are few, or the Evangelists are few and so on. Rather He said the labourers are few.  So the question is " *Who is a labourer?"*  A labourer first and foremost must be a disciple of Christ.* Every assignment that has to do with the harvest were discussed with and given to the disciples. Matt. 9:37, Luke 10:1, John 4:35. A labourer is anyone who can see what Jesus is seeing.* When Jesus saw the multitudes, He saw the harvest, and not just congregation or church members.  A labourer is someone who has a compassionate heart.* It takes compassion to see sinners as helpless, hopeless, destitute and without direction. While others may be seeing bankers, business man, scholars, teachers,

THE HARVEST

Text : Mat 9:37 KJV  Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; From the very beginning, Jesus, our Master made it clear that there's no problem with the harvest, the problem has always been with the scarcity of the harvesters. As a matter of fact, He said the harvest is *PLENTIFUL.* However, for clarity sake, let's look into what this harvest really is.   *WHAT IS THE HARVEST ?* Well, I think the question should rather be " who is the harvest?" The harvest is a matter of ' who' rather than 'what'. In Matthew 9, the Bible says when Jesus Christ saw the multitudes of people, He had compassion on them and then he remarked, "the harvest truly is plenteous"... Matt 9:37. The international standard Version gave a more detailed description of who the harvests are.  When he saw the crowds, he was deeply moved with compassion for them, because they were troubled and helpless, like sheep without

 *THE DASH-LIFE**

Text: 2Peter 3:8-9 Dear friends, don't let this one thing escape you,: With the Lord, one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years is like a day._   _The Lord does not delay His promise, as some understand delay, but is patient with you, not wanting any to perish but all to come to repentance .(HCSB)_  The life of a man is generally summarized in a dash(-). Obituary posters always remind us of the shortness of time we have here on earth. The whole life span of a man is simply represented by hyphen between two dates: Mr. A, 1979-2071.  In essence, all the achievements, failures, successes, stories of the deceased are captioned and captured in a dash. When a man lived to 120years, we celebrate him that he lived a very long life, a good old age. Even at that, he has only lived for too short a time. In the face of eternity, such long years before men is just a dash/dot.  The irony of it all is that, it is this "dash" or "dot" that will determine w

REDEEMING THE TIME

Text : Ephesians 5:16  *Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.*  The scripture has described the days we live in as evil days.It is such a difficult and perilous time.Hence, the need to redeem the time. The word redeem means: _by payment of a price to recover from the power of another, to ransom, buy off_ Redeeming the time therefore, is to buy off the present times from evil days (and from the power of the devil). Since time cannot be rewind or re-use, we can only make the most use of the opportunity it offers. While time is an unrenewable resource, it also offers you the singular opportunity to invest in eternity. Another reason the days are evil is becauae the devil is working round the clock to cause the fall of many and take them along with him to lake of fire. Devil understands the shortness of TIME. *".......for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.* Revelation 12:12. NEEDLESS SACRIFICE

Text : 1 SAMUEL 22:15  _"....“Has the Lord as much delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices As in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams"_  There are so many things we do and pray for that need not be prayed for. You must know that all your spiritual activities: prayer, fasting and studying the word are basically to enable you do one thing- *OBEDIENCE.* Engaging in a fervent spiritual exercises without walking in Obedience simply amounts to a futile effort.  Samuel said to King Saul, " *to obey is better than offerings and sacrifice* " When you learn obedience to God's commands and instructions, so many prayer points will automatically be unnecessary from your Prayer requests.  *Some of our Prayer requests are resultant effects of sheer disobedience* . In order to live a stress free christian life, you must be able to differentiate between lthings that call for sacrifice and those that cal

COVETOUSNESS

https://hisvoicedevotional.blogspot.com His VoiceText : Luk 12:15.   *And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth. Does it not amaze you that Jesus is teaching people to beware of covetousness? People only use the inscription " *BEWARE* " Where danger is lurking.  Invariably, covetousness is synonymous with danger and it's a virus that could creep in unnoticed.Unlike Jesus' submission, a Man's life seems to consists of only the abundance of what he possess.  We live in a world where people's worth are measured by wealth, affluence, status and class. This wrong and evil measurements is one of the reasons people push for more gains. Covetousness is the excessive desire for something you don't have. This is an excessive desire to gain something you want and also an envious desire to gain what someone else has...desiring what they have to be yours.

WHAT YOU SEE

Text : Proverbs 4:21   Let them not depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart. Most of us are familiar with the words of Jesus in Matthew 24:4, "take heed therefore how ye hear" (KJV). But we also ought to take heed how we see.  Generally speaking, our eyes play an important role in our faith because the Bible is a book to be read, reread, studied, analyzed and then read again. 1 Timothy 4:13 says, "Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture."  Paul expresses his personal need for reading and study when he requests of Timothy, "When you come, bring . . my scrolls, especially the parchments" (2 Tim 4:13). Our physical eyes, therefore, play an important role in the process of establishing faith and in our unending effort to remain strong in that faith. For anyone to be established in the faith, he must be well-fed in the word. There are basically two windows through which you can be fed, viz: 1. Your eyes and  2. Y

WHAT YOU HEAR

Text : Mar 4:24 ISV   *He went on to say to them, “Pay attention to what you’re hearing! You will be evaluated by the same standard with which you do your evaluating, and still more will be given to you,*  Let's do a simple biblical arithmetic.  1. Heb 11:6 says, Now without faith it is impossible to please God, *that is, to please God, you need faith.*  2. Rom 1:17 says For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, *The just shall live by faith.*That is, to live as a child of God, you need faith.*  3. Rom 10:17 says "so then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God". *That is, to please God, you need faith, to get life you need faith and to get faith, you need 'hearings'.*  Let me paraphrase verse 24… ‘Be careful what you listen to, hearing is receiving – so, the more you listen to something, the more you will receive.’ - In other words, what you listen to goes inside of you, and who you listen to will

DECEPTION

THEME: *TAKE HEED*  TOPIC : *DECEPTION*  Text : Mat 24:4 ISV   *Jesus answered them, “See to it that no one deceives you,*  To take heed is to pay close attention to something in order to acknowledge and take necessary actions.  From the King James version, the new testament alone gave us 28 things to take heed of. However, we would only concern ourselves with few of the things that Jesus Christ Himself commanded us to take heed of: Today, we shall be looking at ' *deception* '. When Jesus was asked about the time of His second coming and the signs of end of this age, the very first thing He mentioned was *DECEPTION*.  Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. Matt. 24:4-5. Well, He is saying the same thing to you Now. Take Heed. Pay close attention to this matter, See to it that you are not deceived.  It will interest you to know that this warning was given to the disciples and not the multitude. This i

AUTHORITY & SUBMISSION 3

Text : Hebrew 13:17  *_Obey your spiritual leaders, and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this with joy and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit_* . Today, we shall be looking at the duty and responsibility of a follower.  The major reason spiritual leaders must play their role with all sense of commitment is because God commanded the followers to _obey them and do what they say_ . Obedience is demanded from you as a follower. If you don't know or learn how to obey authority(ies) placed over you, you will greatly suffer loss. Sometimes you are called to cooperate with your Leader(s), but some other times, you are called to obey. And obedience calls for submission. To obey certain instructions from your leader may be a difficult task sometimes, but God wants you to obey all the same.  While obeying your leaders, you are expected to give them reasons to discharge their duties *j

AUTHORITY & SUBMISSION 2

Text : Hebrew 13:17  *_Obey your spiritual leaders, and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this with joy and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit_* . We saw yesterday how King Saul(the supposed spiritual leader over Israel) misled God's inheritance because of his ignorance. He made the wrong choice by asking the people to embark on fasting when God has not declared it. He even laid a curse on anyone who disobeyed such order by eating.(1Sam14:24). Being a spiritual leader calls for *accountability* in the following ways:  *1. Serve(ing):* Number one role of every spiritual leader is to serve the followers. Serve them by feeding and nurturing them with God's word. This service also includes adding value to their lives holistically. What makes you a leader over another is service. At any given capacity you are leading people of God, you must be deliberate about serving them wi

Give them reason to do this with joy and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit . Today, I shall be starting a series on one major responsibility of every leader and follower. Let's start with the Leader. Many a leaders think or behave as though they are special breed over the followers. They often think in terms of *Superiority* instead of *accountability* They seem to forget that they are only stewards or shepherds that will give account to the *_Chief Shepherd_ .* (Acts 20:28, 1Peter 5:4). In Mathew chapter 20 verses 25 and 26, Jesus called His disciples together and said, “You know that the rulers in this world lord it over their people, and officials _flaunt their authority over those under them_ .But among you it will be different....... ,  *The major contrast* between spiritual and secular leaders is what(who)

SELF CONTROL

Text : Gen 39:9. No one has more authority in this house than I do. He has withheld nothing from me, except you, and that’s because you’re his wife. So how can I commit such a horrible evil? How can I sin against God? When he was just a teenager, Joseph faced one of the most cruel betrayal by his own blood brothers. After he was sold into slavery, he eventually landed in the house of a wealthy Egyptian - Potiphar.  While working for his master, favour smiled on him. Eventually, Potiphar appointed Joseph as overseer of his entire household. Moreover, he entrusted everything that he owned into his care.Gen 39:4. By reason of his position, he was spotted by his Master's wife who desired an illicit affair from him. Because this advances was made by the woman of the house, their tracks could easily be covered. Any rational man would have easily succumbed to this temptation because : 1. He was in a strange land where no parent, brethren, pastor etc could monitor him or judge him.  2

GRATITUDE 2

Texts: Luke 17:15-16.  But one of them, seeing that he was healed, returned and with a loud voice, gave glory to God. He fell facedown at His feet, thanking Him. And he was a Samaritan_ .  Gratitude (thankfulness) is an attitude that you must intentionally cultivate.  We live in a world where all the good virtues and morals are fast eroding, in fact, it is a common slogan that an average African does not know how to say "thank you ". But if I may add, ingratitude is not just an African fever, it's a disease that has been battling with humanity from time immemorial, and this menace has eaten deep into the fabric of human race.  This explains the scenario we read about in our text. Before I go any further, I would like to encourage you to read all the Bible references attached in this devotion.  The story in our text introduced us to ten lepers who out of despair cried out to Jesus for help. Jesus gave out an instruction to them, and as they set out to obey His ins

GRATITUDE

Text : Luke 17:18. Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?”ESV When you are grateful to God for what He has done, He will do more. When Jesus healed the ten lepers who begged Him for healing, He was actually expecting them to show gratitude. He asked "Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger." Luke 17:17-18. When you are grateful to God and even to man, you are only opening more doors of favour to yourself. The only person that received wholeness in his body of the ten lepers was the only one who returned to give Glory to God. Luke 17:19. Now, if you asked the other nine lepers why they didn't return to appreciate Jesus. They will tell you that they were actually on their way to show themselves to the priests as instructed by Jesus. And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, the

THANKSGIVING

Text : Psa 92:1 KJV   It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: It is a good thing to start the year on a good note. One of these good things as slated in the scriptures is THANKSGIVING.  IT IS A GOOD THING TO GIVE THANKS UNTO THE LORD.. psalms 92:1. Invariably, it is a bad thing not to give thanks unto the Lord. Let Thanksgiving be your attitude all through this year.  In case you do not know what this entails, the rest of the verses of this chapter aptly spelt it all out: 1.) To give thanks is to sing praises unto His name. Ps 92:1b. You can never go wrong in this.  2.) To give thanks is to  proclaim His gracious love in the morning and His faithfulness at night. Psa 92:2. Thanksgiving is not a one-off event it is a lifestyle. Do it morning and night and your life will be decorated with flourishing goodness. Ps. 92:12. 3.) To give thanks is to make music to Him upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the

BUNDLES ON PURPOSE

Text : Ruth 2:16 And pull out some heads of barley from the bundles and drop them on purpose for her. Let her pick them up, and don’t give her a hard time!”  God commanded the Israelites that ".... when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest. And thou shall not glean your vineyard, neither shall you gather every grape of you vineyard; you shall leave them for the poor and stranger: I am the LORD your God" (Lev. 19:9-10) This command was given by God to allow the poor and strangers have some remnants to glean after the harvest.  Gleanings are the fallen ears(drop off from the main harvest). Gleanings are mere remnant that the land onwer(farmer) can afford to let go.  When Ruth came back with her mother in-law to Israel, she will go to Boaz's farm to glean.  Unknown to her, Boaz had instructed his servants to allow Ruth to glean from the very sheaves and not just the rem

FRESH START

Text : Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.  *HAPPY NEW YEAR!*  I pray that this year will speak so much volumes of God's mercies and Faithfulness in your life and family (Amen).
