TEXT: John 19:30

When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

Jesus Christ completed the project of our salvation on the cross. He therefore rose again on the third day in order for you to partake in what he died for on the cross.

Divine exchange took place on the cross through the death of our Lord Jesus Christ. He did die to take away our sins, curse, poverty, and infirmities/sickness and diseases.

He became a sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
It is written in 2 Corinthians  5:21 that *For he has made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.*

The scripture also made it clear that Jesus has finished our poverty cause and course on the cross in order that we might become rich in Him.
*For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.(2 Corinthians  8:9).*

He also took away our curse on the cross. *Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangs on a tree:That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ;....(Galatians  3:13).*

Our sicknesses and diseases were also treated on the cross.
"...by whose stripes you were healed." 1Peter 2:24.

While Jesus Christ finished the work on the cross, you are able to access what He finished through his resurrection. If he had not risen, you wouldn't have been able to partake of his righteousness through forgiveness of sins, His  riches, His blessings and divine healing.

Jesus Christ is risen, the miracle He did, and the blessings He gave while He walked through the villages, towns and cities of Israel can also be yours today.

Simply believe in the risen LORD and you shall see the resurrection power released into your life and situations.

 *BIBLE READING:*

John 19:30.

 *PRAYER FOCUS:*

1. Father LORD, thank you for giving your Son as a sacrificial lamb for my sin, curse, poverty and diseases on the cross of Calvary.
2. I receive all the blessings that the resurrection of Jesus Christ brought in Jesus name

THE GOOD FIGHT-2

Text:  1 Timothy  6:12   Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. Another thing to pursue in fighting the good fight of faith is Godliness. We understand through the Holy scriptures that godliness is profitable unto all things.   *For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.* 1 Timothy  4:8.  You will reap the reward of your godliness not only when you get to heaven, but from here on earth. And this is why we are admonished to exercise ourselves unto godliness. (1 Timothy  4:7), because godliness with contentment is great gain.1 Timothy  6:6. Godliness is the practice of conforming to the image of God by reflecting the nature of the kingdom of God in the course of everyday life. In other words, godliness is living and portray...

WAY MAKER-2

Text: Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing: now it shall spring forth: shall ye not know it?  I will even make a way in the wilderness,  and rivers in the desert. God promised that He will do a new thing for you, and that He will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. He has done this before, and He will do it again even in your own life.  When the children of Israel left Egypt, the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them, encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon.(Exodus 14:9). Just like anyone would react, the Isrealites became so fearful because there is neither way forward nor back for them to escape. Before them was the red sea, behind them were the Egyptian armies. They became perplexed and began to murmur against Moses. It is possible you are also in a situation like the Israelites- No way forward, and no way behind. Things may appear like you are ...

TIME IN ETERNITY

Text : Psalms 90:12  So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom._  Our God dwells in eternity past, present and future. In between these phases of eternity, He created man to dwell in Time. When man sinned, he fell short of God's plan, and death came in.(Rom 3:23). Death therefore short circuit man's life in eternity. This is the reason Jesus.came.  He had to come into TIME in order to remove the PAUSE  death HAD on man.  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16.  Every man born into this world automatically becomes an eternal being. The question therefore is, which side of eternity would such a man dwell? Everlasting life or Everlasting condemnation? Time is an opportunity given to man to trade for eternal life. You have limited time to exchange for eternal life in eternity.  Time offers you the opportunity to ga...
