HIS PRESENCE.

TEXT: Psalms 16:11

You will show me the path of life: in your  presence is fullness of joy; at your  right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

*God's presence is far better than his presents(gifts)* It is therefore better to desire the presence of God much more than His gift.

Moses, having walked with the Lord for many years, having seen and experienced the greatness of God and his power, however requested for the manifest presence of God to go with them on their journey.

Moses said to the LORD, "See, You say to me, 'Bring up these people.' But You have not let me know whom You will send with me. Yet You have said, 'I know you by name, and you have also found grace in My sight. And He said, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. Then he said to Him, "If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here."' (Exodus 33:12-15).

Moses sternly demanded that if the LORD Himself would not go with them on their journey, he is not willing to go any further. This shows how much he desired and valued God's presence above anything else.

This may also be your request this year- the Presence of God. I am sure you have set your goals and targets for the year, one thing is however more important than all the goals and targets you have set for yourself this year. It is God's presence.

Desire and diligently seek his presence to be with you and to go with you in all of your endeavors this year and beyond.

Do not set on any plan without being certain He is with you. Do not set out on any journey without a full assurance of his presence with you. Do not embark on any project without his presence with you.

*It may appear you are already behind, but God's presence will give you speed this year. You will pursue, overtake and recover all that the enemy has stolen from you this year in Jesus name.*

As you seek God's presence this year, may He reveal himself unto you in a very tangible and experiential manner in Jesus name.

THE GOOD FIGHT-2

Text:  1 Timothy  6:12   Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. Another thing to pursue in fighting the good fight of faith is Godliness. We understand through the Holy scriptures that godliness is profitable unto all things.   *For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.* 1 Timothy  4:8.  You will reap the reward of your godliness not only when you get to heaven, but from here on earth. And this is why we are admonished to exercise ourselves unto godliness. (1 Timothy  4:7), because godliness with contentment is great gain.1 Timothy  6:6. Godliness is the practice of conforming to the image of God by reflecting the nature of the kingdom of God in the course of everyday life. In other words, godliness is living and portray...

WAY MAKER-2

Text: Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing: now it shall spring forth: shall ye not know it?  I will even make a way in the wilderness,  and rivers in the desert. God promised that He will do a new thing for you, and that He will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. He has done this before, and He will do it again even in your own life.  When the children of Israel left Egypt, the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them, encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon.(Exodus 14:9). Just like anyone would react, the Isrealites became so fearful because there is neither way forward nor back for them to escape. Before them was the red sea, behind them were the Egyptian armies. They became perplexed and began to murmur against Moses. It is possible you are also in a situation like the Israelites- No way forward, and no way behind. Things may appear like you are ...

TIME IN ETERNITY

Text : Psalms 90:12  So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom._  Our God dwells in eternity past, present and future. In between these phases of eternity, He created man to dwell in Time. When man sinned, he fell short of God's plan, and death came in.(Rom 3:23). Death therefore short circuit man's life in eternity. This is the reason Jesus.came.  He had to come into TIME in order to remove the PAUSE  death HAD on man.  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16.  Every man born into this world automatically becomes an eternal being. The question therefore is, which side of eternity would such a man dwell? Everlasting life or Everlasting condemnation? Time is an opportunity given to man to trade for eternal life. You have limited time to exchange for eternal life in eternity.  Time offers you the opportunity to ga...
