FINISHING STRONG

Text : Ecc 7:8 KJV

Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.

It doesn't matter if you've had a great start in the Christian life, or a rough one. It doesn't matter if you've stumbled time and again, or even fallen flat on your face. What matters most in this all-important race of life is how you finish. ..

There are too many who quietly step down from the faith because, in some way, they have disqualified themselves. Having fallen several times, there's the tendency of throwing in the towel in defeat.

If you are in this position, hold on, and hear the word of God.

Psalms 34:19 says "Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all."

Note that even the righteous is not exempted from afflictions, however, the good news is, unlike the wicked, the righteous would be delivered from *THEM ALL* .

Again, His word says "For a just man falls seven times, and rises up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

One thing that is common to man (both the righteous and the wicked) is 'fall'. The distinguishing factor is if you are 'a just' man, you will rise again.

There's a rising up for you in as much as you are on the Lord's side. Do not give up, the Lord is on your side. He promised never to leave you nor forsake you.

*YOU WILL FINISH STRONG IN JESUS NAME.*
