TAKING THE TOUGH DECISION

Text: Esther  4:16

Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.

Sometimes you know the right thing to do, but you are caught in  the web of indecision. The simple reason for this is because you don't want to take the hard decision.

*No single person has ever made a great landmark without taking a tough decision against indecisiveness.*

Queen Esther was faced with a situation wherein she ought to stand in the gap for her people. Though this situation could claim her life, yet she swim against  the tide of indecision and fear, and took her stand for the sake of her people.

Just like the common saying has it that *if you can not stand for something, you will fall for everything.*
In the same vein, you must be courageous to always take the tough but needed decision.

You cannot take any beneficial decision at any point in your life unless you have chosen to take the risk. Taking the risk is always worth it at the end of the day.

Are you confronted with any hard decision to be taken?

Do you know the right decision to be taken, but you are afraid of the consequences?

Are you stucked in the valley of indecision?

You can also damn the consequence, and simply decide to do the right thing today.

Bible  Reading: Esther 4: 1-17.
