Healing is Yours!
Text: Luke 5:24 *So I will prove to you that the Son of Man has the authority on earth to forgive sins." Then Jesus turned to the paralyzed man and said, "Stand up, pick up your mat, and go home!"* *Healing is part of God's programme of salvation.* Sin is the root cause of all the problems encountering man, hence if the Lord has given forgiveness, then He has also given healing. When Jesus declared forgiveness of sin upon the paralytic man, he perceived the thoughts in the hearts of the pharisee, and he said to them: "Why do you question this in your hearts?" Luke 5:22. He thereafter proved to them that He has the authority to forgive sins on earth. He proved his authority by asking the young man to stand, pick up his mat and go home. (Luke 5:24) *Healing is simply a proof that Jesus forgives sins.
