THE KING'S WORD

 Text: Ecclesiastes 8:4

Where the word of a king is, there is power, and who may say unto him, what doeth thou?

The world is largely ruled by words. But words carry different strength and capacities. The strength of the words is in the Speaker. When a king pronounces a word, it becomes a law. That was the position the three Hebrew men found themselves thousands of years back in Babylon. (Daniel 3).

A King by the name Nebuchadnezzar ruled in Babylon. He was not a small king at that time. He ordered that his graven image be worshipped at the sound of the trumpet, and automatically, it became a law. But these three Hebrew men refused to buy his idea of compulsory idolatry. Long story short, they were to face the King's wrath. In this situation, no one can deliver them from the fury of the king except a higher authority. All Glory to God that these men were connected to the King of kings. He is the only one that can overrule the verdicts of any king or any authority. Is there any authority or king speaking contrary to the words of God in your life? Is there any verdict that is working against your life? Have you rendered yourself a lawful captive to anyone? It is time to invite the highest authority into your affairs. It is time to invite God. The only requirement is, you have to be connected to Him by blood. And the only potent blood in this regard is the blood of Jesus.

HAVE YOU BEEN TO JESUS FOR THE CLEANSING POWER, ARE YOU WASHED IN THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB..... *IT IS TIME TO UPROOT ANY TREE THAT OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN HAS NOT PLANTED IN YOUR LIFE BY THE AUTHORITY IN THE NAME OF JESUS (Matthew 15:13).

THE GOOD FIGHT-2

Text:  1 Timothy  6:12   Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. Another thing to pursue in fighting the good fight of faith is Godliness. We understand through the Holy scriptures that godliness is profitable unto all things.   *For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.* 1 Timothy  4:8.  You will reap the reward of your godliness not only when you get to heaven, but from here on earth. And this is why we are admonished to exercise ourselves unto godliness. (1 Timothy  4:7), because godliness with contentment is great gain.1 Timothy  6:6. Godliness is the practice of conforming to the image of God by reflecting the nature of the kingdom of God in the course of everyday life. In other words, godliness is living and portray...

WAY MAKER-2

Text: Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing: now it shall spring forth: shall ye not know it?  I will even make a way in the wilderness,  and rivers in the desert. God promised that He will do a new thing for you, and that He will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. He has done this before, and He will do it again even in your own life.  When the children of Israel left Egypt, the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them, encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon.(Exodus 14:9). Just like anyone would react, the Isrealites became so fearful because there is neither way forward nor back for them to escape. Before them was the red sea, behind them were the Egyptian armies. They became perplexed and began to murmur against Moses. It is possible you are also in a situation like the Israelites- No way forward, and no way behind. Things may appear like you are ...

THE GREATEST

Text : Matthew 18:4   *Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.*   *Being the greatest in the kingdom is not about what you do but who you are.* Jesus pointed out here that little children are humble beings. Hence, what qualifies a person as the greatest in the kingdom of heaven is humility. Little children are both lowly and meek. These are qualities that does not come naturally to an adult. For instance, when you bring a little child from a wealthy background to live in a very poor home with another poor little child, he will gladly comply without any struggle. He will never complain or compare. He will simply adapt and gladly receive all the low and impoverished treatments. No adult or grown up child can accept this so easily.  That is the reason Jesus did not ask us to be converted and become as a child but ' *little child* '   _And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be co...
